Hertra® 9 and Hertra® 9A pre-shaped meshes are used to repair inguinal hernias in open surgery and are knitted with quadriaxial technology, a process created and developed by Herniamesh to make lightweight yet strong prostheses.
The Hertra® 9 prosthesis is used to treat the male inguinal hernia. The Hertra® 9A mesh is used to repair female inguinal hernias.
