The Pelvimesh® anterior prosthesis is designed for the surgical treatment of medium and severe cystocele.

The prosthesis, with a quadriaxial knitting, consists of a central body of trapezoidal shape, from which depart two pairs of arms, upper and lower, equipped with protective sheaths and pre-mounted loop sutures for insertion into the eye of Herniamesh introducer needles.

Pelvimesh® anterior is available in two versions, with different physical-mechanical characteristics and different central patch sizes. It is positioned through a quadruple transobturator passage with the Herniamesh resterilizable needles: for upper arms placement, helical needles are recommended; for lower arms placement, the hook needle is used.
