The Pelvimesh® posterior prosthesis is designed to the surgical treatment of rectocele and vaginal vault prolapse.

Pelvimesh® posterior is a quadriaxial knitting prosthesis, consisting of a central body of rectangular shape, from which two lateral arms depart at the top, equipped with protective sheaths and premounted loop sutures for insertion into the eye of Herniamesh introducer needles.

Pelvimesh® posterior is available in two versions having different physical-mechanical characteristics and is placed with the Herniamesh resterilizable transgluteal needle via double transgluteal posterior passage.
